"This is a commissioned scratchbuild of the "London" from the Blake's 7 TV show. I've never seen the show or heard of the ship before this. The original model was very crude, looks like it was made largely from illustration boards and scraps, so I ended up embellishing the details quite a bit. The size, 15.5"L X 13"W X 8"H was pretty much dictated by the obvious use of the MPC X-Wing engines on the back tower and the Saturn V thrusters on the front structure…"

Would make for a cool dropship or Eagle-like lander

wasn't by any chance the prison barge from the early episodes ?

I think it was the prison ship from the first episode… there was talk of the series being relaunched.

The first of the ' Shaky Space Ships' . That model is so much better than the original crude model used in the series which was famous for the crudity of the scenic models.

I think when they were done filming Blake's Seven they had to put the Chandeliers back where they got them.
