I've acquired a part finished collection of Wargames South British and French Napoleonic figures.

They seem to be sized somewhere between 10mm and 15mm.

Feet to eyeheight is 12mm and 15mm to top of the plume of a British infantryman.

Some of the figures are fully painted and based, some are fully painted and not based, some are part painted and some are still in their original packs.

Wargames South (in the UK) now seem to be Arrowhead Miniatures but they seem to have dropped the Napoleonic range. Their WW1 and WW2 figures are described as 1/144th.

I may try to contact them to ask about the availability of the Napoleonic range in the future.

Does anyone know of a compatible figure range from an existing company as I may decide to finish off these figures and may need to purchase additional figures to complete the collection. Preferably a UK based company.

Thanks in advance.

I think Pendraken acquired those molds and sell them as Peninsular French & British. I may be wrong though!

@Mandy Potemkin

I'll check that out with Dave and Leon then!

Bad News

It seems that Pendraken acquired the moulds about 7 years ago but did not produce figures from them.

Better News

They have a Napoleonic range of their own which I will be checking out against the Wargames South figures.

Good News

I have found another box with hundreds and hundreds of figures which appear to be Wargames South so I probably have enough to be getting on with.

Hi

I sold the ranges to Hinds Figures who ( I believe) passed them on to Magister Militum UK. Last time i looked at their website they were featuring them.Check out their website.
