"Russia's aircraft maker Sukhoi has delivered another batch of its multirole fighters Su-30M2 to the country's Air Force, according to the company's press office. "Under the state arms procurement program, the Sukhoi company handed over a batch of multirole fighter jets Su-30M2," it said Tuesday in a press release. New aircraft were reportedly flown to the airbase in the eastern Russian city of Komsomolsk-on-Amur where they had been tested…"

Those are still really pretty jets… If I somehow won multiple hundred million dollars in the lottery, I think I'd buy one, a pile of spare parts (and engines), and probably sponsor a couple Russians to teach me how to fly it and help me fix it. |

I've always liked the look of the Flanker series too. New Su-34 variant is especially cool. It's also entered serial production and has entered full service. Hopefully there'll be some exports for this one – maybe Algeria to replace Su-24?
