I have two fairly large late war brit and German WWI armies which I plan to sell. They are 28mm Renegade figures. I was going to check the price on the Renegade website but found it closed. What is a reasonable price per figure? They are well painted and based. |

Seems to be, from what I have read on forums, that paint job ain't that important as many will strip to paint on their own style. However, what may be to your advantage is that unfortunately Renegade has gone out of production, not quite sure why. So those, like myself, who have started armies using these figures and wish to finish them off will increase the price paid.(demand lead (no pun intended!!)) Price worked out for bare lead when sold by Renegade was about 50 pence (UK)difficult to say what price should be until picture seen. Ultimately most of will probably be looking at approx. £2.00 GBP – £4.00 GBP a figure as they will be to wargames standard and most of us are top an 'average' standard (no insult intended). Any way good luck with your sale. |

It's strange how people say no insult intended after they might have done just that. |

None taken. I know I paint well above standard. Have sold lots of armies in other scales for sizeable amounts. Just annoying that I cant check the price for "original figures". |

Down in the US they were selling the British Regular Set of 32 figs for 68 dollars US. That is roughly 2 bucks a fig or 1.15ish pounds. Tack on what you think you can get for painting and away you go. Oh and by the way the MG and team was 19 US dollars for 3 figs and an MG. Hope that helps. |

Have you tried using the Way Back Machine app? It works a treat on most defunct web sites. Yep, got it! link Jerry |

Eight figure packs of Renegade WW1 figures are on Ebay starting at $15. USD Four figure packs start at $10 USD, so the $2 USD/figure estimate for unpainted figures is about right. Yes, there are sales at those prices. Add what you think is appropriate for your paint job and you have your price. I have a growing WW1 early war Renegade force, mainly British, painted by a well known artist. I'm not selling, but an estimate of $8 USD/figure foot, $10 USD/figure mounted is not unreasonable. Good luck with your efforts. |
