Owners of the latest version of Eldar dark reapers in metal--do you like these models? What do you like about them? I ask because I'm trying to decide between these and previous incarnations.

I like the latest (third incarnation) of the DR's the best. The helmets are what differentiates the three releases since the armor are all similar. The newest DR's have a 'Samurai' look with their skull face masks and topknots plus long vanes sticking out their backs:

I like the original "cone head" version second best:

The version I did not like is the second release because the helmets are bland and boring.

Another advantage of the current ones is that the Exarch has Reaper Launchers (or Missile Launcher) and you don't have to convert the one with the Web of Skulls.

I have the RT ones (1990) the "wingnuts", the 3rd ed version and the 4th ed versions. I don't have any of the last lot.

I prefer the rounded more skull-like helmets without wingnuts.

The new ones look better to me. They have a little more action to their poses.
