Please change the name of the 'Need More Boobies' Board to Hubad Modelo, or something similar. Better still get rid of it.

A TMP Good Guy is in torment for his 'off the cuff' suggestion being taken up and used on TMP, and many others dislike the name. Better still get rid of it altogether.

Change it or get rid of it, please. We care not for any poll results in the past. We want no excuses. This is for one of your TMPers. Your TMP is experiencing change and improvements aplenty and this is one of them.

There are a number of adolescent and divisive aspects of this forum that should be discontinued immediately:

The stifle list (the act is a private affair and the list serves no purpose)
The ignore list ( ditto)
Sexual comments and "stories"
Demeaning commentary about women-even on the lounge
The More Boobies forum
The Blue Fez-what happens in Vegas-does not stay in Vegas. It also is an infinite loop. Either make it public or kill it.

None of these have traditionally ever been part of communications about wargaming. They serve no purpose but to increase friction and discord. They are simply either in bad taste or destructive of amity and make wargamers in general look stupid and foolish.

Hal Thinglum, you're on this forum. Did it ever occur to you to have such silliness in each issue of MWAN? How many of you would miss them for one minute? All of these sorts of amusements for the immature can be found elsewhere for those that must have them.

That we "vote" on these things when simple good sense already provides an answer is silly. The editor has many times said its his house, his rules. He has dawghoused, locked, and banned people without a vote. The very least that can be done is to dawghouse, lock out and ban these aspects of the forum that do nothing but create dissension and adolescent behavior and produce not one positive outcome. This would be a better place in an instant.

And even if the many put these on ignore, the fact remains they are here. If any news organization wanted to do a profile of wargaming based on what they can find on this site at the moment, I suspect many here would not want their employers, wives, or friends to see that report.

If some here need an adolescent boys club, go build a real tree house!
