Bushy Run Battlefield02 Aug 2014 9:46 a.m. PST

We are having a great day out here at Bushy Run. The first day's battle is over and we are going to be starting the next battle at 14:00. Here is a photo if you can't be here, more will be along shortly:

There was an article on Bushy Run in Strategy and Tactics magazine not too long ago. I think you could still access in through the web-site.

Sorry I missed this, I thought it was next weekend. If you have not been there yet, you need to add it to your bucket list.

Thanks for sharing

How many reenactors were at the event?

Pictors Studio04 Aug 2014 4:19 p.m. PST

There were about 50 Brits and about 30 Native Americans. That includes non-combatants. During the reenactments I think there were 31 and 12.

Thanks God for loin cloths is all I can say. Otherwise my eyes could not have taken the sight of this natives war club and medicine balls.

I have always wondered how these guys go to work on Monday.

Yeah. I love re-enacting multiple periods.

Add wargaming and it's the reason I'll die poor, with so many cool toys, stuff, memories, and friends…

I'd like to do some FIW re-enacting. Some of my AWI unit pards are working on stuff to do The Jersey Blues…
