Lovely models but having used etched brass parts on other models I wouldn't want to make another one. Too fiddly and you have to get the folds exactly right or things don't line up correctly. I watched a chap building one as a demo at a model railway show – beautiful work but it took a long time to put it together. I would imagine these are aimed more at the British N scale model railway market. Max |

I think these are great and I am backing the KickStarter. Being brass you can solder them together and they will last a life time. Glued they will still be incredibly robust. I am hoping that is they are successfully funded that the creator may move on to OO (1:76, 20mm) scale too. |
