"Halo is a massive franchise. But despite all the money and desire capable of being thrown at the project, a film version of the unbelievably popular Xbox game has never gotten off the ground. But if you can't bring the game to the movies, bring the movies to the game! Ridley Scott is producing Nightfall, an online series that bridges the time between Halo 4 and the upcoming Halo 5: Guardians, due out in 2015. A new character, Jameson Locke, will be introduced in the series and then become a playable character in the fifth game, so there's lots of new material on the horizon for all the Master Chiefs out there to get excited about"
