I am not signing in here. I sign in at the upper left hand corner of the front page. So now that that's sorted, let me tell you about the last rocket trip I took to Ganymede.

because it was really a bad ride. We lost two thrusters a bit past the asteroid belt, we had to make a skid landing on the ice, and it was a month before spare parts could be drone-delivered to repair the rocket to take us home.

I am NEVER going to Ganymede again.

What follows in this statement is not intended to be read. If you are still reading this then please realize that this is a mistake on your part and you should now absolutely desist in this practice as your actions are now contrary to the purpose of this message. It is with a heavy heart that I feel compelled to state that after careful deliberation and consideration I've decided that I must leave TMP. <Dun Dun Dun.>

I believe it would not be right for me to reveal the mysterious reasons why this decision has being made.

This decision (you know the one made with a heavy heart) has nothing to do with my obsession with posting on this thread. The greatest thread I have ever ever seen. Ever.

Also please note that the heavy heart mentioned above is not my own heart but has been borrowed from a particularly large bull. I felt after deep reflection and then ever more mature and some seriously deep reflection (just imagine a really deep thing and then like go 10 times deeper) that the use of this particular animal best reflected the nature of this post and was therefore most appropriate.

Lastly I want it known that it was with a heavy heart that I used this heavy heart. (But again the first heavy heart is not mine obviously)

Yet again it is with a similar heavy heart (in fact it's exactly the same one; I don't need to bring it back till Friday .) …that I must declare that for reasons far more mysterious than the reason I left some time ago I am now back with TMP.

I refute the claim that I am a no good attention seeking melodramist whose singular purpose is to hog as much attention on TMP as I can.

This is completely untrue as I indeed hope this might gain the attention of other sites too.

Please don't consider these lowly yet extremely heroic actions of mine to be completely above you as they no doubtably are.

It is with much regret that I inform you that it is with much regret that I can't do this much more often.

I'm not leaving but it is quite good when people say they are quitting, so at least we know that they won't be around to add their expertise to any discussion.

I hope that lots of TMP members who have quit recently will come back at some point. I also hope that Bill might consider an amnesty for some of the older locked accounts. I think that Steven H Smith is badly missed on the Napoleonic Boards, for instance.

I sat here for 15 minutes in a catatonic state with electrical pulses arcing through my CPU like Robbie the Robot in "Forbidden Plant" Of course I was laughing uproariously. I wanted to post but am not leaving, but didn't NOT, not want to post as I had to say kudo's and congratulations to you, but then that would be posting which I'm not supposed to do if I'm staying, so if I now poseted does that mean I have to lave? But If I leave then how could I have posted-- no wait, if I did post I must leave, but then how would you know I was leaving if I didn't post…..
