We have a number of Baccus 6mm excess packs in our inventory over at Scale Creep Miniatures. So we have marked them down for quick sale. A good number are Franco-Prussian War packs.

Infantry was $10.50 USD now $5. USD Cavalry was $12.25 USD. now $6. USD Guns etc. were $5.25 USD now $2. USD Strictly limited to stock on hand, first come first served.

My unpainted lead pile was getting low--I had to act quickly…

I'm sure that if you looked really hard, you could find some Baccus ancients that are "excess." wink

There's plenty of other goodies: SYW, Napoleonics, A few Ancients, 18th Century, and more…

EC, what do you use to prime your Baccus 6mm minis?

Depends. Black paint mostly. Or black gesso. Occasionally Wal-Mart black spray paint.

Finally, an excuse for starting a FPW army. But what size of bases should I buy to start out with?

Royal Marine31 Jul 2014 2:45 p.m. PST

There is only one base size: 60mm x 30mm or was that 30mm x 60mm … can never remember.

Oooh…the Little Bighorn as a 1:1 skirmish game!

There wasn't much in stock prior to this sale (when I looked at it a few weeks back).

@Coopman

Our last re-stock was very, very overdue. After back orders were filled we are still very low on some ranges (ACW for example). Being low, of course, means those packs are selling well, and what is on sale are the packs that aren't.

We have placed a large re-stock of ACW, Napoelonics and all the new codes as well.

20x20mm steel bases with magnetic movement trays are easy, good looking and amazingly versatile.
