I'm painting German infantry late 1944. Are there any differences in winter gear between SS and Herr units? Is there any uniform or gear differences that need to be painted?
Thanks,

The insulated jackets and overalls were in grey or camo. The
Army and SS would use their own camo's as they had different supply systems. Also the SS had 3/4 length anoraks.
