Some good news. I made my first order from them and it arrived the exact day they said it would on the estimated delivery date. I was happy as it was a pleasant surprise on a day that has been a crappy horrible one at work. link |

Ahh, yes. Buying something (especially if you don't need it) always makes you feel better. I know it well. |

It is so nice to start off a new day with a bit of good news. Endorphins -- the joy of opening a newly-arrived package of figures! |

Happy to hear that you got your stuff. I had to claim my money back from Mastercard twice due to non-deliveries from Black Tree. As far as I am concerned that company do not exist… |

I have nothing but good things to say about black tree. It sometimes takes a couple of weeks or so for a delivery, sometimes you get a rogue figure mixed in with your order, and sometimes you get the wrong pack. When mistakes happen, they fix it. They are also quite cheap if you become a free member, with regular discounts of 15-35% and discount postage on certain order sizes. |

And, I know it makes it no better to say I got mine, if you didn't get yours. |

I have never had problems with the USA distributor. Shipping is not speedy, but it is not that slow either, and when an order is incomplete they always include a note and ship the missing parts later for free. Once when they were unable to back order something, they even gave me a refund and tossed in some free figures to make it up to me on top of the refund. |

I know what you mean I buy when I am in a bad mood to make myself feel better. I am in a bad mood alot and surrounded by miniatures now |

What's even better is that the new head of the US store asked me how he could improve selling the WWII packs and he actually took my advice! So my "good deed for the hobby." He really wants to sell miniatures and have a great rep. Now you want a pack of Germans firing PPsH's, you can easily order them without the hassle of random figures. (Those models are fantastic.) So BTD USA is listening. They just need more photos of codes not pictured yet. BTW he told me many of the WWII mould codes are a nightmare, with figures scattered all across them in no logical fashion. |

I had two emails this morning from BTD checking everything arrived OK. I am pretty happy about it all. What was nice was that the order was big (172 quid) and it was a free postage deal. That makes a huge difference when shipping to NZ. |

I've bought quite a few things from Black Tree over the past couple of years and always had great service. |

I just got the email for the summer sale of 50% off all infantry (and monsters) across all historical and fantasy ranges. No cavalry, alas. |
