At the recently completed Historicon I dropped off a rather large order with Eureka Miniatures USA primarily for AB 20mm WW II Germans and Americans but also for Eureka 15mm partisans. The next morning not only was the order ready it had been sorted into four bags which was great since was buying some not only for myself but for a friend. When I got home to Florida from the convention I went through the order and found one back marked was not included. Now this is partially my fault. I had plenty of time to check the order over at the show. I wrote to Eureka on Tuesday and today there was the replacement pack! And to top it off, in the email to me, Rob apologized though as I mention it was partly my fault! You cam bet Eureka Miniatures USA is going to get more orders from me. Well done! |
