… and assorted other mischief including a pair of Ospreys just passing through:

That would be cool seeing the Ospreys in flight

When the two of 'em put their rotors in the horizontal plane they took off like a pair of jackrabbits, really was quite impressive…

NIce work! I was particularly happy to see the squats. I've been (very) slowly working my way through a squat force and it's great to see others' work.

Interesting about the Osprey. I saw one here in Chicago this summer on a day that wasn't anywhere near an airshow. It's a pretty cool sight.
Maybe Mr. Obama was in town?

Lovely pics, all of 'em. I particularly enjoyed the chap with the conversion beamer. Many thanks!

OMG those rotors arent turning. Those Osprey's are going to fall out of the sky. ;-)

The POTUS was indeed in town, and they were intriguing to watch buzzing about. I am going to have to eventually break down and build my Squat force back up to strength using Bob Olley's Scrunts, which IMHO look like how the Squats in the Imperial Army of WH40KRT *should* have looked (and been equipped!) to begin with… they'll look fetching in French horizon blue methinks!evil grin

Hmmm…. perhaps they need a tilt-rotor ride or three to spare their feet in the meantime?evil grin
