I'm looking at these bases from Litko. link Anyone here know if you could glue a ball bearing on the top of the acrylic stand that would attach to a magnet on a plane? Do you think these bases/rods can handle AIM's 1/200 planes? Thanks |

corseceng.com/omni-stand All the pieces, parts you need plus videos. I use these for my 15mm ships from Rebel Minis. Worked great. |

LOL Thanks, but I'm trying to steer clear of them. Placed an order and it's been two weeks. Mind you, I've heard that it takes a while for them to complete orders, but I've emailed them and messaged them on their FB page and I've yet to hear word one on the status of my order. Horrible customer service, regardless of how awesome their stands are. |

Sorry about that. Sorry to hear of it too, my purchase was over a year ago, and had no problems that I recall. For what's its worth Litko has had a reputation for a long wait time as well. Must say I've never ordered from them myself so that's all rumor to me. Good Luck. |

I'll hold out longer for CorSec, but I'm waiting on my flight stands now. Mini's are painted and rules are good to go….just….waiting now. Their flight stands are exactly what I'm looking for. |

I bought them about 2 yrs ago. I "super glued" small magnets to the 1/8" diameter rod. On occasion some of the magnets pull off when I remove the 1/300 planes and I have to super glue them again. This is the flat side of a 1/4" or so diameter magnet. So not sure how well a ball bearing would adhere. |

I'll be using 1/200 resin aircraft so they will be a tad heavier. Might have to get a thicker acrylic rod…. thanks |

Two weeks is nothing for a Litko. You'll be waiting waiting at least a month if not more |
