Although I have produced some smallish stands of Mexican revolution figures in the past, I've never tried producing full armies in paper. Until now. I'm having a go at assembling two forces for the South American Wars of Liberation, using figures from Junior General (of course). Test bases – link The first, mostly completed, elements – link Comments welcome. |

Good work mate – the finished product looks fine – I'd happily play with them. (Only the Royalists, of course, cough, cough) Interesting their flags are very similar to the Spanish Napoleonic era – I suppose that's the point. Not as good as your Risk armies though – they are the acme of improvisation… |

Look nice and seems a good way to check out a new period without a lot of expense I also like Junior General |

"Interesting their flags are very similar to the Spanish Napoleonic era " Well in some cases, especially after 1815, they *were* Spanish troops. And prior to that they were still technically Spanish troops, but locally raised. |

Impressive! It is always good to see paper miniatures in use; they are a lot of fun to use and a much underestimated alternative to expensive metal and plastic miniatures. At their best paper miniatures are beautiful works of art. |
