Hello

I have the rules to SK here but I was wondering if anyone could suggest an alternate set of rules that they like more?

SK seems pretty nice, but since I've decided to go "semi-skrimish" I wouldn't mind a "meatier" set of rules. I'm going 15mm if that makes a difference.

Thanks

How do you define "semi-skirmish"? I'm not familiar with Schwere Kompanie.

6-12 vehicles on the board with the appropriate amount of infanty…..all in 15mm

Anything meatier than SK is going to be a very detailed beast.

You could look out for the old Navwar GI Commander 39-45 rules (and a decent pocket calculator) or maybe the TTG "Firefly" rules. Both of which are certainly meaty and play with a lot of detail at a 1 model -1 vehicle semi skirmish level. Lots of charts and factors as was the fashion back in old school times.
Firefly probably being the more accessible of the 2.

I wouldn't say either were better than SK though.

Not "meatier" but Fireball Forward is an option, or I Ain't Been Shot Mum.

Meatier would be Panzer War. panzer-war.com

I'd go with Panzer war for more meat.

Take a look at Men Under Fire.

Is Tank Charts still in print?

Thanks for the suggestions. After looking at those and a few others, I'm going to stick to SK.

Mein Panzer is definitely meatier but SK is a very good set of rules.

Chain of Command by Too Fat Lardies is good. As is their I Ain't Been Shot Mum! rules too. I have both and like both and also have SK too, from when it was used with 6mm.
