Just back from a very pleasant HISTORICON 2014. I actually ran a game at H'con.. not very historical, I admit, but it was pretty hysterical. The recap of "BDB: The Mad Quest for the Orb of Power" is HERE: link

In general the game adapted well to a scenario driven convention game, I'm fixing a few things that I thought were slow and hard to picture, and I added a couple of new elements, namely mercenary wizards and landing parties.

The game went splendidly, the players laughed, it was silly. Mission accomplished. Thank you for your kind attention..
