A suggestion if I may. Mentioning the scale somewhere might help! |
Eagleman | 20 Jul 2014 4:53 a.m. PST |
Hi Munster, yes that would be a very good start wouldn't it. they are 28mm. Cheers Ian |

Munster: perhaps you should read the 9th word of the first line ? (;-))))) |

I hope their will be enough figures made of line & jagers in their actual 1814 uniforms worn in the campaign! |

I'll be fascinated to see if the Belgian Jaeger wear the "Waterloo" shako…… Sounds as though we will be spoilt for 1815 figures shortly. My only regret…these are the same poses we are offered elsewhere. I do understand why…you want to sell to wargamers and then in large quantities. OK, I accept we will not see pioneers for example, but could we not look for more animation in the line figures shown? Kneeling in front rank of a square for example. Great sculpts though! |

Munster: perhaps you should read the 9th word of the first line ? (;-))))) I think Munster meant on the linked page that advertises the figures… Cheers, The Bandit |

Lovely work Ian, congratulations! |

These look really great, a bit chunky, similar perhaps to Front Rank? |
brunet | 20 Jul 2014 9:49 a.m. PST |
I think they look good but I would rather have dutch troops of 1792. That would be a surprise |
Sparker | 20 Jul 2014 2:34 p.m. PST |
These look good – raised detail so eminently paintable, even by me! |
Eagleman | 22 Jul 2014 2:34 a.m. PST |
Hi I understand some of you would like more variation in the poses, the reason I went for the standard poses for these sculpts is because this is my first foray in getting figures scultped. When I move onto the Dutch/Belgian Jaeger I hope to get more varied poses and more movement in the figures. I shall post another link when they are completed. Thanks for all of your comments and I very much appreciate all feedback. Cheers Ian eaglefgiures.co.uk |

Well, if this is a first effort, I very, very, much look forward to seeing what follows! The castings seem excellent and the poses are what sells best to wargamers, I fully appreciate |

Hi Ian. How many figures are planned for this little range in total? Will the tall sardonic chap who sometimes helps on the stand be painting a unit up for you? |
Eagleman | 29 Jul 2014 3:18 a.m. PST |
Hi Jackson, I aim to release Dutch Militia, Dutch and Belgian Line units (which will be available in the next month, 12 figures in total) as well as Dutch/Belgian Jaeger probably 7/8 poses in skirmish as well as line poses followed by 5 man artillery crews and guns. The tall sardonic chap will be painting up some figures whcih I hope to post on here and the website in the very near future. If there is anything else I can help with don't hesitate to get in touch. Cheers Ian |
