has anybody done a hit location chart for robotech macross mecha? I never liked the all damage hits main body thing, but am not bright enough to figure out what is likely to be a reasonable distribution of hits. Anybody have a chart or know where one is? Owen

B22 , you can always use the hit locations found in Rpg character sheets since Mecha are normally humanoid.
e.g here's a link from the Runequest system,you can d/l the character sheet.
You will have to add a hit location for weapons, though.Should be simple, just remove a percentile or 2 from the body & then sub divide it into the different weapons carried. thedesignmechanism.com/downloads.php This should help.

DDDUUUUHHHHH! I only was the 1st in town to get runequest when it first came out, it has been the system I most go back to when i can provoke anybody else to play. I have at one time or another owned just about every Runequest publicatiuon ever done. I have p[layed so many trolls I find when i am reading some of the newer stuff I think of myself as looking at it from a darktroll point of view. And did it occur to me for a moment to use that as a base? many thanks! owen, feel develpomentaly challenged |
