Kingmaker Games is looking to regroup and relaunch their Kickstarter campaign for War Prime. They've posted up a pre-funding campaign website to check out. "Our sci-fi tabletop miniatures game is almost ready to launch. For our game, we are creating a new line of sci-fi miniatures for affordable prices. Our goal is to give war gamers an awesome alternative for larger scale battles set in the far future."

Lovely, a map featuring a "Forgoten Prison" and fluff text that betrays a complete ad utter lack of understanding or willingsness to research even basic astrophysics. Even if the figs were to turn out nice, I wouldn't get my hopes up for a quality game. |

Yeah…somebody forgot how to physics here. "…triggering massive planet sterilizing solar flares, collapses into black holes, or even supernovas." I just don't even. |

it's space fantasy… no "science" in this fiction. I may pick up for the figures, or if the system is fun to play. But the "Fizzicks" and story are of little interest to me |

More 'not 40k' ? Jesus….. My thoughts exactly…. The figures looked decent until I clocked the medieval zweihander clutched in the officer's hand, at which point I thought, "Oh, THIS again…?"
