I had a set of his rivers and they were beautiful. But they kept sticking together. If I stacked them the backing of one piece would stick to the water of the one below it, and they even stuck a bit to the tissue paper they came packed in. Two pieces ended up water to water and I couldn't get them separated without tearing them! Eventually I quit using them and gave them away. Has anyone else had this happen? Should I have sprayed them with something or handled them differently? I ask because I really liked how good they looked and how thin they were compared to many commercial river systems and I'd be tempted to buy another set, but not if they're going to be problem to handle and store again. Much appreciate any thoughts. |
