I put my static grass in an old 'Nivea' Moisturiser plastic bottle. Shake it and blow the grass on. Seems to stand up just fine |

I use thick cheap craft paint, grab static grass with tweezers, dump on lots of extra, press it a bit with the tweezers and then dump the excess back into the container. Then, while the figure is upside down, I tap the bottom of the base with a brush handle until all the grass points down. Then I set the figure down to dry and the tufts tend to stay standing. |
