I have yet to hear if the game is set on a 28mm or a 32mm scale.

RavenscraftCybernetics18 Jul 2014 12:27 p.m. PST

neither
the martian i saw at Origins last year was 1 1/2" or so tall so a human in that scale would be about 2 1/4" tall.
no where near 25/28mm sized figures.

dont get me wrong, the prototype figure I swa was beautiful.
but it was quite large in comparison to a 25mm tall figurine.

Looking at the new artwork, the Martians are near human sized, which is fine with me.

Glad you like them my friend.

I am so darned excited about this. I don't remember exactly what add-ons I bought in the KS but once it is delivered, I won't have to buy another mini for six months.

If I don't get a 28mm Jim Brown or Tom Jones figure, I'm not interested.

And I now have the PDF of the rule book. Looks like Mr Thornton has created a fast, fun game that will lend itself well to a Mars Attacks style game.
So, next step: as Mantic has the rights to the Topps game and comics but not to the movie, who will be the first to produce not-Jim Brown or not-Pierce Brosnan for those of us who wantto play the movie?
