China must, at some point, push their neighbors hard enough to trigger either US intervention or indifference. The US sub fleet still has the capacity to desteoy China's navy overnight, but that really comes down to our economic relationships between the regional players. |

Japan would win a limited non-nuclear war with China right now and in the near future without American help, but 10 years from now I'm not so sure. |
