Nice mix of Old Glory 15s (mounted command) and Essex (artillery limber set) – and outstanding painting too! Although similar in height, the Essex are noticeably more bulky than the slimmer OG15's. So much so, that the OG15 swords and flag poles snap off over time if you are not very careful.
I have also found that these two ranges work very well together. In particular, the more sturdy Essex are ideal for cavalry and artillery limber. For me, the OG15's are best used for massed infantry. |
