Nic: Love the Irish! The white shields add a nice touch of uniformity. The giant champion on the Companion base makes me wish that I did the same with mine. Hope you don't mind, but I think I will steal your ideas for monks, sheep and wardogs. Great work, looking forward to some battle reports. |

Go for it PAR! Two reasons for white shields. Firstly, the Irish raiders in Patrick McCormack's thrilling 'Albion' series have lime washed shields which glow earily in the low light. Secondly, as my mate Jim says, the Ulster rugby team play in white shirts… |
