I'm checking to see if anyone has some contact info on this company besides the email on their site. They seemed to be involved in the club scene up in Scotland so there might be some members that can help me out.

I sent off some French and Indian War figures for them to paint quite a while ago. I've pinged them a few times and always have gotten the "They are almost done and will send pictures soon" reply. Now the Current Projects page on their site has been taken down and no response from any emails.

I'd be happy if they would just send back my figures. I'm pretty sure haven't been touched and I think I'm resigned to tally it up as a loss.

I'd definitely stay away from this place if you plan on getting any painting done. I'd even suggest removing it from the Painting Services page on TMP if they continue to ignore any contact attempts.

Sounds like a loss.

Best to put it behind you, and move on. Infuriating -- yes, but it will be better for your health and peace of mind to write the figures off as "Missing in Action."
