Great! I must try that. Though I wonder if there isn't a finer fabric to be used. Silk flags don't have that bumpy texture. |

Interesting. I use tissue paper for 15mm. I cut a rectangle the correct height and twice the length, fold it around the flag pole to dry fit it and make sure I like the shape, then transfer it to a toothpick where I paint it. There is a bit of a trick with the timing. I use acrylic paint as is common and you want to transfer the completed flag from the toothpick back to the figure's flag pole once it is dry to the touch but not completely dry, this allows the tissue paper to remain malleable so you can shape it to drape or flutter, whatever you like. I've often thought transitioning to actual fabric would be nice improvement but on 15mm I've always figured it'd be too small and too unforgiving in comparison to tissue paper. Cheers, The Bandit |

I used the metal/paper from the cigarettes box (inside). They are great! Amicalement Armand |

Very nice. I've always done cigarette pack tinfoil, may try this. |

Really interesting tutorial, I will have to give it a try some rainy weekend coming up for my medieval Scots army that I am building. Thanks for sharing. Allen |
