I finished putting together my Edo samurai gangs using Steve Barber's newest samurai. I'll be using Two Hour Wargame's China Reaction Swordplay rules to skirmish with these fellows.

About an hour of painting, and about a half hour for conversions (hammering out weapons and moving green stuff.)
