A new range is available in 28 mm from Steve Barber Models, based on the Greek war of independence.

The first thing I'd like to see added is Command, so we can field units of Turks and Greeks for skirmish games.

After that,
Maniots/Islanders
Mounted figures--particularly for the Turks
Eventually artillery, though the Greeks didn't have it at first.

Grelber I am hoping that during August Steve will be able to sculpt for me a Greek officer and an Ottoman Capitan of Infantry.
I had planned that during October to have a couple of Battalion Tarella figs made but am happy to delay them and sponsor a couple of Maniots, if you will provide me with detailed pics?

It's a very nice range.
I painted a test miniature and I am very happy with it – good sculpt and fun to paint.

I have seen the Greeks painted as early Serbians for the various uprisings and also as Albanians for feudal disputes

Steve Barber does have an Ottoman standard bearer which does not appear on the lists
