Especially if you don't print them out! Any good set of rules, IMHO, ought to be capable of being played with only a QRS, once one has thoroughly read the principles in the main rulebook. So, one should only need to print the QRS. |

Yes, they cost less because I don't print them out. No, because they are so easy to get a hold of I buy more than I would otherwise. So honestly, it probably balances out. The PDF is cheaper, but I buy more, so… |

A good laser printer and you can knock out the pages you need. I think a good game lets you play with just a few pages of charts or tables, so just print those. We keep a laptop nearby if we need to look up something more specific. |

Yup, price your PDF rules under 10 bucks and I'll buy them if the are in a period or genre that I'm into. |
