I'm kinda fond of 120mm mortars, personally.

Light enough to move with nothing more than people-power (with enough people), big punch. If you're really feeling brave, you can rig a mount in the bed of a truck. Crane truck to already have the stabilizing jacks, but a truck nonetheless.
