I'm building a 1/72 Libyan army…. and need some chariots? From what kits could I make decent Libyan chariots? Also on a side note: I know that plasticsoldierreview.com didn't give the HAT Nubians a good review…. but do they paint up well? Let me know please Thanks guys Austin

Egypt on one side and Carthage on the other. I'd go with Egypt given their historical interaction.

Egyptian art shows Libyans in Egyptian-style two-horse chariots – There's a different style in 6th-century reliefs of Libyan tributaries at Persepolis – link – but that's probably later than you want.

What about the Caesar Nubians? They seem good. I don't have these, but I like my other sets from them. You can get the box online for $8. USD

Used both Hat and Caesar for my Nubians, Caesar are definitely the better figures. Caesar make(made?)Bronze age Libyans.
