I see a lot of suggestions for rules sets dealing with the American Indian Wars for middle to late 19th century, but can not find any of these rules for sale. Can someone point me to any website that sells any of the rules?

Which particular rules are you looking for?

The ones we use -Pony Wars, and Long Knives- are long OOP. Whatever you go for, stay away from War Paint.

I believe there is a Sword and the Flame variant -The Tommahawk and the Flame- available free from the Jackson Gamers' website.

Yellow Ribbon or any other rule set.

I purchased warpaint, long knives and the supplement for yellow ribbon in the last 3 months. You need to try your luck on eBay, abebooks or amazon.
Larry brom sells a version of TSATF on his website.

Warpaint has good scenarios but the rules are terrible and notorious for not working well for the morale check.

Although still available, a better set, as Sylvain chicago stated, would be the Bugles, Boots, n Saddles from Sergeants3: sergeants3.com/19.html# [second set down].

There is also War On The Frontier. I can provide a copy as I am the author.
