The promised Portugeuse! I love the large cuffs. Every bit as nice as I hoped, and very adaptable for Savoy and the Papal States. Thanks for alerting me Tango, I must order soon! |

How does Ebor and Front Rank WSS Ranges compare? |
Repiqueone | 07 Jul 2014 3:22 p.m. PST |
They are both excellent. The front rank is "beefier "but they can both be used without problem on the table, just not in the same unit. I love the grace and posing of Paul Hicks ' Ebor figures, and the range is extensive. However, the Front Rank Cavalry and Dragoons are hard to beat and the horse have substance which I really like. Front Rank artillery and equipment, wagons, etc. are first rate. The Ebor artillery is also nice, but they offer less equipment. The Ebor infantry is, in my opinion, some of the finest sculpts and casts in historical wargaming. The variety and quality of the infantry and artillery is unmatched . Their recent Spanish Cavalry is top notch. Their command figures both on foot and mounted offer a lot of opportunity for striking command units. They paint up beautifully as you can see. See dozens of both manufacturers figures painted up in units here: link |
