I won't speak for Jay, but I have the bridge built also and overall it's incredibly sturdy. The handrails though, I can easily see those being the first casualties of any battle for the bridge! Regardless, I would still highly recommend this kit. It's absolutely amazing, clearly massive, and will be the centerpiece to any Normandy table! Cheers to the guys at 4ground!

@rct75001: The bridge as a whole is very sturdy … I broke the hand rails in two spots painting the laser cut sides … it was easily repaired … they're not a brittle as they look those hand rails … but if they take direct pressure at any level they'll likely snap. That being said, once I finish the basing for it I'll have little reason to grab the bridge in such a way that I'd be risking breaking the hand rails. The rest of it is very sturdy.
