Just for today, my WW2 skirmish campaign rules are only 9.99. What better way to celebrate the weekend after fireworks and greasy food than by leading your band of brothers through the muddy fields of Normandy? link |

I picked them up last night. I have to say- great job Weasel! These are some excellent rules. Very elegant! I can see them in quite a number genres. I should have picked up the bundle! Great stuff Weasle, so keep it coming! |

Thanks! There's at the very least a scifi game coming, but I intend to use the core mechanics for a few different games. |

That's good news. I'm thinking about porting them into.a modern background like Vietnam or my South China Sea game. These rules almost scream jungle warfare. |

yeah, "Five Men in Vietnam" would probably work really well. Do new campaign and event rules and that sort of thing. |

I grabbed these this morning. They look like they'll be easy to learn and fast to play, so I'm looking forward to getting a game in. The campaign system and character creation have me very interested. |

One of the early testers said he explained the rules to 2 people in his club, and after playing 2 or 3 turns, they basically ran the game themselves. The "tricks" to learn is that your guys will be pushed back a lot, and that cover will seem really weird at first. If you do get dug in with rolling up some squads or campaigns, let us know how you fare or post a report. |
