I was idly trawling for ideas for 28mm VSF-type steam tanks and similar and I found -

Many straddle VSF and Pulp rather well.

Some of those MiniFig Steam Punk vehicles look exactly like a number of Redoubt vehicles I have.

Armorcast has some walkers, bust sadly seems to have discontinued most of their line.

Reviresco has several Victorian Sci-Fi vehicles here:

I'm very fond of Ramshackle Games vehicles. Although the range is mainly designed for a post-apocalyptic game, many work well for VSF. The Liger, Capybara and Vole all look like they'd make decent pulp tanks.

Black Pyramid games has a couple of nice blocky landships in their "Tea Wars" range, plus an armoured traction engine that looks vaguely plausible.

Finally Scheltrum have both a selection of VSF vehicles (I have the "Armoured Pullman" which I like, and the American armoured stagecoaches which I don't) and a historical interwar range with several real-world vehicles including "Hedi", a modified A7V bristling with machine guns for "urban pacification".

Although, the last seems to need some modification to make them into IAFVs, SCW – style, but that shouldn't be much of a problem.
