I've purchased twice from BTD USA over the last 5 months. First time I got everything within a week except one pack that was out of stock. I received an update before they shipped that those would not be included but sent along (post free) once they got them back in stock 2-3 weeks later or I could cancel that one part of the order. I elected to accept what they could ship now and then wait for the small pack. They were true to their word and I did get them as stated with a hand written "thank you" for waiting. About a month later I ordered again and received everything within 2 weeks. May have been sooner. This was from a 35% off sale. Contents of this order, which was not small, were 100% correct and the quality of the castings were great. This was the Zulu Wars range. |

Took advantage of their New Years Sale (50% off) and while service was slow, everything arrived within a month and a half. Asked for status after 3 weeks and got a prompt reply that they were swamped with orders. So, I definitely give them high marks. Good product and a fair price. |

I got in on the D-Day sale and got my figures Saturday, I think it was. All accounted for and order fine. I'll be ordering from them again. |

I ordered during BTD's recent D-Day sale. Order took about three weeks to deliver but everything arrived as ordered. I usually order during these big sales and order delivery can be sluggish as the increased demand really chokes the supply chain. Figures ALWAYS arrive, though. |
