Looked on their site, tried Stuff of Legends, and got no joy. So, anyone know the name of these TM vignettes?

1) Mermaids primping in front of a mirror, with a mer-boy sneaking up behind, a lobster in his hand. I want to say it's something like "Sea Changes", lord knows why.

2) Assorted adventurers standing on one side of a wall, about to enter a doorway, with a big nasty on the other side. "Death's Door" or something like that?

3) Fighters on a pile of corpses. Want to call it "Blood Tor".

4) Hero on griffin hauling a scantily clad young woman upward away from the gaping maw of a sea monster.

5) Pegasus mare shoving a foal from the nest.

6) A sea god of some sort in a chariot drawn by dolphins

7) A wizard summoning a demon that is NOT coming up in the pentagram.

8) Something involving a sarcophagus and a couple of mummies which has mysteriously disappeared off my computer desk, so I can't be more specific.

There are a couple of others, I know, but I've not unearthed them yet. I just want to be able to get these IDed and filed away nicely before I managed to lose any more bits than I may have already (like the already painted nest for the pegasi).

Thanks in advance for any help you can give me. And yes, I shouldn't have taken them out of the packages until I was ready to play with them, and when they were assembled I should have been a good girl and labeled them. I'll remember for next time, I promise. Yep. I'm a reformed character.

#8= "Mummy's Favorite"

Neotacha05 Jan 2005 7:51 p.m. PST

Thanks, Dante. That's kind of what I was remembering, but then, half the time I can't remember the current date.

1. Surprise!

2. I think you're right on that one, but I'm not positive.

3. Blood Tor. Correct.

4. Hippogriff Rescue.

5. Can't recall that one.

6. Triton's Chariot.

7. Captive Audience, maybe.

8. I don't think I ever saw that one.

Neotacha05 Jan 2005 7:57 p.m. PST

Hmm. Wonder where my feeble brain pulled up sea change from?

Hippogriff rescue. Now you say it, it makes perfect sense. So does Triton's Chariot.

Thanks for your help.

#1 = Sea Changes
#2 = Death's Door
#3 = Blood Tor
#4 = Hypogryffe Rescue
#5 = In The Bag
#6 = Triton's Sea Chariot
#7 = Gate Crasher
#8 = Mummy's Favorite

Dantes Cellar05 Jan 2005 8:00 p.m. PST

Neotacha - you're welcome. I don't know what happened to my list but I had the whole list in my clipboard for what it's worth. Weird spelling on "Hypogryffe" eh? That's right from a Thunderbolt Mountain archive page.

Neotacha05 Jan 2005 8:10 p.m. PST

Archive page? Where?

Thanks so much, Dante. You've spared me (and Michael) untold hours of gnashing teeth and snarls as I tried to remember the dratted names.

Sadly, you came to my rescue about 10 minutes too late to prevent me slipping off to the T-bolt site to order Try, Try Again and a fairy and a couple of females in travelling clothes...

I am torn between wishing Tom would get more done and being grateful he has to earn a living working on other projects.

Dantes Cellar05 Jan 2005 8:37 p.m. PST

I guess "archive" is sort of a misnomer… I found a lot of them here: link

In the Bag I found here: link

I own Mummy's Favorite so I remembered the name… and the others are owned by friends and I remembered the names of those sets too.

Glad I could be of assistance.

Damn trigger finger... I clicked Submit before I could pass this link on to you:

nobleknight.com

(sorry it's so long!) They have four of the sets you listed in stock.

Neotacha06 Jan 2005 9:16 p.m. PST

Ah, thanks.

Now, what about the genie whisking along a carpet?

Dantes Cellar06 Jan 2005 9:44 p.m. PST

Standing man and reclined woman on a carpet being whisked through the air by a large genie? "Magic Carpet Ride"

Yep, just like the old Steppenwolf song.

Neotacha07 Jan 2005 3:03 p.m. PST

Hmmm... Got djinn, carpet, and bimbo all together. Any idea what the man looked like?
