You could turn the tricorne-less pirates into a late 17th century French or English buccaneer army and get your friends to do the other assorted belligerent factions of the Caribbean (French, English, Spanish, Dutch, the other buccaneers), then play a campaign. |

You piker. I for one, and I am sure there are many others, have much larger lead piles. I am working on my solution now. It is called the trash bin. Once I sort the stuff out (this will take a while) a lot is getting tossed. |

Allen57 – have you considered TMP's Marketplace or Exchange, Ebay, or Bartertown? Seems a shame to landfill the minis. Worst case scrap lead is about 0.50 a pound at the recycler. |

879? Dude, I've got 10 times that! |

@goragrad, Yes I have tried selling in the past. I suppose I am lazy but I find the work of listing then packing and mailing figures is more than what people are willing to pay for second hand stuff. I suppose I am cutting off my nose to spite my face. |

Pity, I just hate to see stuff going to the land fill. If you were in the Denver area

This ain't no brag but rather a cautionary tale in a number - 32,000 +! But no trash heap for me. What I don't/can't be bothered to sell can certainly make some young person pretty danged happy. |

Allen57 – have you considered the flea market at a con like Historicon or Cold Wars? |
BigNickR | 02 Jul 2014 8:31 p.m. PST |

They already do that. This spring I donated everything I didn't sell at the Wally's Basement to the Painting Academy people. |
