Does anyone know of any of the factories that do the actual production for hard plastic ranges from miniature companies like Mantic Games, Wargames Factory, etc? |

Wargames Factory do their own, but also do the plastics for Dreamforge, Wyrd, and (I think?) Kingdom Death. |

Wargames factory is a subsidiary of ghost studios. I read on another forum Wyrd just send concept art and Ghost make the whole thing. I have puppet wars, and the end result is incredible. |

Yes, I've done some action figure production. My manufacturers are more for action figures. I'm playing around with the idea of doing some 28mm kits and am looking at specialized manufacturers. |
