I'm thinking that a Victorian Science Fiction version of Ogre might be a hoot at some point. Besides this very expensive piece of kit link is there anything else that might work? This 28mm Land Leviathan scheltrum.co.uk/vsf3.html might work with some conversion. There might be some machines coming out from Alien Dungeon's All's Quite on the Martian Front as well. I'm open to suggestions |

I always did make my own for OGRE, SP OGRE should be the same, even moreso
cobbled together behemoths and armoured ants trying to take them down. |

Wouldnt a 15mm OGRE be the size of a dining table? |

Someone posted earlier about using one of the tankettes from Spartan Games Distopian Legions as a "landship" for All Quiet on the Martian Front. Maybe one of their larger vehicles would work for you. |

Ravencraft Cybernetics asked "Wouldnt a 15mm OGRE be the size of a dining table?" My answer is "so?"

The Derailer Tank toy from the Wild Wild West movie would work great with a bit of conversion work. I've used one as a leviathan for my 28mm GASLIGHT games, so it would probably be a proper Ogre for 15mm. auction |

The Akuyaku tank is one possibility. hlj.com/product/tactg-2 All Quiet on the Martian Front will at some point release two landships that sound like exactly what you are looking for, you might want to just wait for those. |

I know this will sound like sacrilege but I haven't like AD's human vehicles very much. Their tripods are great but the tanks don't do much for me. Terry |

The land ships are imho very nice. |

The Akuyaku #1-go is a big model, but it is pretty firmly 1/72 scale (the hatches generally do a good job placing it in scale). I'm using it as a 15mm Quar monster tank, where it works because the Quar are very wide. I will note that the tracks are pretty fragile and a bit annoyingly complex to build. |

Even if you don't like the WWI-style steam tanks, you ought to give these a look if you haven't:
Obviously these are concept sketches and a concept model, respectively, but so far the rest of the AQotMF project has been true to the art and concept models. |

Here's Akuyaku next to some 15mm figures: Looks close enough to me:

Ivan I've seen them. I could can't figure out what happens to the gun breeches when the artillery fires. |

Using smaller barrels would be a very simple conversion. And for most of the turrets, they look plausible enough--and no worse than that Shapeways tank. I do see you point regarding the small casement or sponson-style turrets, but those could be left off, or replaced with machine guns. |
