The figure in front of the Djinni is a Foundry Baluchi from their Darkest Africa range. I would guess the nine o'clock figure is also an old citadel. It seems to be pre-slotta. Probably Fantasy Tribes Fighters, or maybe Thieves…actually, just looked it up:
