Do these three companies still exist? I have contacted all three via email a few days ago, and have not heard a reply from any of them. Not great customer service in all cases…in this day of instant gratification as well as instant communication, companies really need to keep up or close down. And if they are on vacation/holiday, take thirty seconds to put that on the website.

As a related aside, does anyone carry Alain Touller or Aude Historical figures or am I stuck waiting on them to reply? Looking for 15mm colonials from both…the first French Marines and the second Italians for the 1880s.

Alain Touller was always very very hard to contact. Try Dermot at Campaign Game Miniaures. I used to get my Touller from him.

Speaking of being timely…I just received an email from Aude so I should be good to go there!

Thanks, Mark, I will CGM if I do not hear something from Touller in the next day or so.

Surprisingly though, once you DO make contact his shipping time is pretty quick from France.

I have only ever had good experiences with Alan Touller.

Perhaps he is on holiday – he is a one man band as far as I know.

Ditto! I have ordered Byzantines many times from him. Never a problem and great little figures.

Many of us have a love/hate relationship with Warweb. They have an excellent selection and very good prices but notoriously lousy customer service. They can take weeks to ship many orders as they don't seem to keep much stock on hand. If you check you will always see the order is being processed with no dates. I have had partial orders sent with no explanation though eventually the order is competed. It is rare to get a reply to an email. They have a potential to be a great company if only they would work on customer service.

I too have only ever had good experiences with Alan Touller throughout multiple orders of the Vendee figures.

Alain is a great guy, but he is a sculptor , some kind of an old fashion artist … not an Internet customer service guy .

But your order is alaways delivered …
