As you probably know by now, Doug from em4 is rereleasing loads of great figures from the classic Spacelords range, originally produced by Metal Magic. I thought it would be sensible to have a single thread where all the latest releases and info can be collated, straight from Doug's news of each weekly release on the TMP leader page. This way,we can check back here and see all the releases at a glance, making understanding and ordering a lot simpler. If you see the latest releases first, please do post them here; just check first to see if some other TMPer has already put the week's castings up on the thread. As of today, Doug has now cast up and released the following: Battle Clone sets 3223 to 3226 Ship's Crew set 3720 Adventurers set 3701 + an extra tech guy (previously released only at a convention in Germany) In addition, Doug has the following sets, those which were previously available at em4: Phagon Beastmen 3241a to 3245d (inclusive – this is all existing beastmen figures) Battle Clones 3221a to 3222c Civilians 3706a to 3706e (all the civilians) Yoyodyne Shigaru 3130a&b and 3131 a to c Cybertech Bunkerbreakers 3001a to c and 3002a to c Have a look at this wonderful site by TMP's own MetalMagic for images of the range indexed by the codes given above: link All figures are available only direct from Doug at mailto:enquiries@em4miniatures.com Infantry-sized figures are typically £1.50 GBP but come in sets – usually of 3 to 4 figures; later releases such as the cybertech grav bikes and phagon walkers and battle beasts are larger and will(obviously) cost more, though (I assume) in line with em4's normal competitive prices. Doug told me that in the near future, he'll be getting a new website together especially for the Spacelords range – but of course, new castings will only continue and the range (re)grow so long as people support these releases. Anyway, that's enough from me for now – enjoy the figures as they re-emerge! |

Thanks to TwinMirror who, I must emphasise, is not me in disguise or a "sock-puppet" (is that an American glove puppet, by the way?). Anyway, I'm grateful for his fantastic support in helping me promote what I'm doing with Spacelords. Cheers mate

Doug, when in the name of the Nine Devils are you going to release the rest of the Yoyodyne Shigaru? Right now you have five poses IIRC, two armed with pistols and three with submachine guns, but no assault rifles, no lasers, no HMGs, no RPGs, no missile launchers, no love, nada! And the Sardaykyn Legion! C'mon now, give! Leland R. Erickson Metal Express metal-express.net |

Doug: it's my pleasure, I'm just glad you're releasing all these great figures! I've never been called a sock puppet before, though I did make a puppet partly out of socks many years ago – it was a smartly-dressed rat that I'm quite proud to say could smoke cigarettes by virtue of a concealed airpipe. Leland: I'm sure he'll get round to the rest of the Yoyodyne before long. As you're a respectable wargamer, you understandably want the full army rosters. It's worth knowing that this whole project got under way due in no small part to folks on the Lead Adventure Forum hassling Doug mercilessly! And they're a recklessly ecclectic bunch, who favour all the peculiar and outre figures, which is why some of those are emerging early on. I have to admit to being something of an ecclectic myself, so I'm really glad many of the more esoteric figures are emerging
hopefully phagon battle beasts and walkers, the sooner the better! However, I could do with some of those Sardaykyn and Yoyodyne myself, so I'm very much looking forward to their emergence, heavy weapons and all. |

Me too, I remember not being able to afford them when I eyed them greedily in Ye old Dragon magazine back when RT was the Sci-fi system. Very glad Doug is releasing them all. I'm getting close to breaking the gaming piggy bank, and they are on top of the list. |

It was the same for me back in the day
counting out the pennies to see which minis I could afford- 'if I get those cybertech, then I can't get those beastmen
' Now of course, we're counting out larger denominations to see what we can get! But at least we can afford some of the bigger pieces that we gazed on rapturously in magazines and hobby stores. |

Well I liked the look of the Bunkerbusters on EM4 miniatures site, but passed on them due to lack of types and weaponry so having seen the other Bunkerbusters on the link provide I'm interested again. |

Cybertech have some troopers which I quite like. Yoyodyne troopers have a pretty cool look too. I have some of the Phagon Beastmen. They are very easy to paint and look great. |

Joker, what colour scheme did you go for on the beastmen's fur? Most photos I've seen show 'realsitic' goat pelt colours. Did you go that route or try something weirder? I have a desire to paint 'em with weird patterns or blue fur. |

Back when these came out, I was a hardcore fantasy guy. So I have never really seen them before. I have to say, I'm pretty much enchanted by these guys. The soldiers are cool, but the civilians and adventurers have sold the line to me. This week I have to put some cash aside for an order. |

I love the bikers
Haven't been able to tell, are there dismounted versions of the biker minis? |

It looks like this week's release will be the eagerly-anticipated Machine Cannon Wartech Grav-Speeder. If I'm not mistaken, it's the one at the bottom in the following picture:
If we're lucky, Doug will be able to squeeze two riders into the mould; the cybertech bloke in the pic above, and the s.e.c.s rider (yeah, what a name) from the pciture below, since the bikes are the same:
Looks like it'll be about £6.50 GBP for one bike and rider
sounds good to me. BTW, Nick, I'm not sure about the s.e.c.s figure, but the cybertech rider looks to be kitted out in standard wartech armour, so I'm sure one of the infantry wartechs would do fine as his dismounted double, such as one of these guys:
