So, I am PM'ing with another member (which, of course, means we are talking about all of you behind your backs) and I decide to make a funny. Instead of saying I contributed my "two cents" to his project I said I contributed my "ha'penny", which is my $.02 USD, adjusted for inflation.
However, since TMP has the auto currency detector and formatter, my " $ . 0 0 5 " turned into $.00 USD. (<-- I acutally typed the thing without spaces there.) I suppose it's actually funnier that way. My two cents, adjusted for content value is about zero cents.
Not a complaint about the currency thing (The Lord High Editor be praised!). I like the function it provides. Just noticing the difference between what I was trying to say and the way I was expressing it.
I wonder if I select Baht, or some other currency that has very small atomic units, if I would see some value in my contribution
