Does anyone have information on this conflict? I am particularly interested in orders of battle and uniforms. Also, did this conflict involve any actual linear battles or was it all skirmish? How were Native Americans armed at this time? Was the pike still in use?

There is an Osprey covering the early colonial time period: link

I don't know much about this war, but I think it was a few seiges and a lot of frontier action/raids/massacres. Forces typically numbered in the hundreds. I don't believe the pike was used in the field by this time. The Dutch had been supplying the Iroquois with firearms since the 1640s.

The forces were not only small but seem to have consisted primarily of Indians. There was (believe it or not) a naval battle in the Bay of Fundy off St John, New Brunswick,on 14 July 1696, in which Pierre Le Moyne d'Iberville (one of the brothers who had claimed Louisiana for France) commanding two ships of the line, chased off two British ships of the line, capturing their attending frigate in the process.

The pike, an anti-cavalry weapon, was not used against the N.Americans. The N.Amer used firearms and their usual melee combat weapons

Pikes were a common militia weapon in the 1620s through the 1660s/70s. The Mass Bay colony allowed 1/3 of the militia to be pike armed (and they seemed to have set the standard for colonial militia). It wasn't until the 1660s that pikemen were no longer required to have armor. King Philip's War saw to the death of the pike in North America.

There were no regular French and British troops involved during that war. A lot of raids across the borders of mixed whites and Indians is my understanding.

While not a great source, this is a good place to start, and it lists several reputable books as sources.

I believe the pike was used by English militia in this war but not the French. The French used Compagnies Franches de la Marine,Canadian militia and indians for their forces. The English used militia and to a lesser extent indians.I believe the largest action was the siege of Quebec by William Phips.

Whoa, sorry, thought this was about a future war where William is elevated above Charles.
